What time do I check in?
Check in time is 14:00. However, in special circumstances and based on availability, we can accommodate an early check in. This normally comes with an attached fee which can be confirmed with our Reservations Team.
What time do I have to check out?
Check out time is 12:00 noon. If you require a late check-out, our Reservations Team can accommodate your request based upon availability and for a fee.
Is Reception open 24 hours?
Yes, Reception service is available 24 hours.
How do I arrange Airport Transfer and what are the fees?
Airport transfers are available for a $55 fee. As this is a service we out-source, this charge may be subject to change with little notice.
